Krav Maga training for teens will build confidence, resilience and an overall feeling of well-being. Through learning effective self-defence and fighting skills, teens will build a strong foundation for their future.
Unfortunately, we know bullying is a problem in society, so it is vital that teens have the confidence they require to stand up for themselves and their friends. Krav Maga will help them feel strong and capable.
Krav Maga can also boost self-esteem, ensuring your teens don’t feel like they aren’t good enough or that they’re weak in some way.
Parents whose teens go through Krav Maga training report that they notice their children having greater confidence, discipline, resilience, the ability to deal with conflict, and enhanced communication with others.
For female teens in particular, Krav Maga empowers them to set boundaries.
With Krav Maga, your teens will be able to spot the warning signs of a potential attack, identify sexual predators, and handle drug or alcohol induced attacks.
Particularly concerning to many parents is when older teenagers start exploring nightlife, such as clubs or bars. Parents want to ensure their teens know how to protect themselves and stay out of trouble. Reports of king-hits or one-punch attacks, multiple attacker situations and the prevalence of weapons is deeply concerning.
With Krav Maga training, your teen will be well-equipped with the skills they need to protect themselves in any dangerous situation.
