Have you ever wanted to fully immerse yourself in something like learning a self-defence or martial art but just haven't had the time? Here is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in this 10 week program and learn all the core fundamentals of the art of Krav Maga.

Statistics show that these are just some of the most common attacks people can (and have) faced in today's modern world. They are also some of the situations you'll learn to defend and prevent in the upcoming Krav Maga 10 Week Immersion Program.
The Krav Maga 10 Week Immersion Program will teach you proven tactics and techniques to prevent and deal with threats that anyone could face.
You will cover about one scenario each session, and gain the tools and thinking required to solve them. As you progress through the program you'll also learn about conflict, what it does to you, how to handle it, and ultimately how to prevent it from happening. This program gives you a complete arsenal of tools that you can use to keep yourself safe and well, away from danger.
The founder of Krav Maga Imi, based his system largely on principles. In this course, you'll learn all of them and you'll discover a very holistic approach that combines the theoretical and the practical aspects of self-defence. We want to give you the ability to adapt the skills you learn in the program to fit the unpredictable nature of conflict.
The Krav Maga 10 Week Immersion Program is intensive and we are extremely focused on giving you tangible results in a short period of time - if you're willing to bring your 'A-game' and best effort each session then those results will be yours for the taking.
Who should do this program?
In the Krav Maga world, it is extremely common for schools to claim that it is a system, 'Designed to be learned in the shortest time possible' - and in its early days of development (around the 1940s) it was designed to make basic soldiers ready for hand to hand combat in the shortest time possible. Today though, it seems that your only option is to signup for long-term programs. - while this is the best way to cultivate a skill, not all of us have the time for that!
If you work pretty much 9 to 5 on a good day, have to get home, cook, clean, look after the kids, do some exercise, and all that stuff - this 10-week program is perfect for the busy person.
It's also useful if you want to get an overview of Krav Maga and want a 'no-strings' way to train.
Because this program takes place over a short period of time, we recommend that anyone who is willing to put in 100% with the training join.
Train just 1 day a week for a solid 1.5 hours for a total of only 10 weeks.
Treat this program like a vocational course - just like learning a new skill at a Community College or Tafe. In this, case you're learning one of the most important skills of protecting yourself against crime and conflict.
You'll come out of the program with a Certificate of Attendance and some serious self-defence skills and knowledge that will last you a lifetime.

How to defend against grabs, chokes, locks and other problems.
How to fight and defend yourself against any attack.
The principles of 'fighting dirty and efficiently'.
TVital points and tactics to give you the upper hand.
How to defend against weapons such as sticks, guns, and knives.
Psychology of the attacker, as well as your own so you know how to deal with your biological reactions to conflict and danger.
Most topics are covered from different positions, angles and scenarios. For example, if you learn how to defend a choke from a standing position, you'll learn how to defend it on the ground, against a wall, from the front, the back, against multiple attackers etc.
